Dorothy Candarini Respondent Civil Action No.: 22-D-21 ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is a Petition to establish Paternity and the Petition for Allocation of Custodial Responsibility. It appearing that the whereabouts of the Respondent, Dorothy Candarini, are unknown to the Petitioner, but that her last known whereabouts was in Charleston, (Kanawha County) West Virginia. It appearing to the Court that this matter is properly before the Court, it is therefore ORDERED and DECREED that the matter shall be brought for hearing before the Honorable Jim Douglas, of the Family Court of Kanawha County, Kanawha County Courthouse, Judicial Annex, 111 Court Street, Charleston, WV at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard on the 14th day of April, 2022, at which time the Petitioner and any witnesses shall be examined under oath. A Response should be filed on or no later than the 1st day of April, 2022. A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this Office located at the Kanawha County Circuit Clerk, 111 Court Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301.
