NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated September 10, 2007, from Christopher R. Ward to E. Dennis White, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 3502, at page 112, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $63,512.20, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston, West Virginia, on April 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain real estate, situate on Cabin Creek, in Cabin Creek District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot Number Three Hundred Thirteen (313), described as shown and designated on a plat entitled, “Map of Quarrier, Section No. 2, Cabin Creek Dist., Kanawha County, West Virginia, Oct., 1957, McCall Engineering Co., Logan, W.Va.”; recorded on the 13th day of November, 1957, and now of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Plat Record Book No. 19, at Page 17; together with all and singular the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any manner thereunto appertaining; and being a part of the same real estate conveyed to the said J.
