Hall, deceased and Thelma E. Hall, deceased, and the acquisition of a right of way and casement across a portion of that certain real property of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in deed book 1975 at page 749, tax map 27A parcel 67. And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the said Alvin C. Hall and Thelma E. Hall are now deceased and that service of process has been unsuccessful. It is hereby ORDERED that the heirs, beneficiaries, successors, assigns, executor. and r administrator of the estate Alvin C. Hall, deceased and the estate of Thelma E. Hall, deceased do appear and serve upon H. Wyatt Hanna, III, Petitioner’s attorney whose address is Post Office Box 8070, South Charleston, West Virginia 25303, an answer or other defense to the Condemnation Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against them at any thereafter. A hearing for the purpose of appointing Condemnation Commissioners will be held before the Honorable Tera L. Salango, Circuit Judge on April 8, 2022 at 10:00 am. You may appear at said hearing to protect your interests. The hearing will take place via Micro Teams. Attorneys shall appear by video.
