ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above styled civil action is a distribution of funds based upon the sale of property that was disposed of pursuant to this action known as the Sugar Creek property. Mary Kay Williams Freytag is a potential recipient of funds based upon the sale of property that was disposed of pursuant to this action known as the Sugar Creek property, but her whereabouts are unknown to counsel and the parties. By affidavit, the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of Mary Kay Williams Freytag without effect. It is hereby Ordered that Mary Kay Williams Freytag appear before Judge Tera Salango at the Kanawha County Judicial Building, 111 Court St., Charleston, WV 25301, on May 17, 2022 at 1:30 p.m., to protect her interests in the distribution of funds based upon the sale of property that was disposed of pursuant to this action known as the Sugar Creek property.
