BCKP Regional Intergovernmental Council “Request for Qualifications” Audit The BCKP Regional Intergovernmental Council (RIC) in South Charleston, WV is requesting statements of qualifications from interested certified public accountant firms to prepare the financial and compliance auditing of its accounts ending June 30, 2022. Proposal along with the organizations peer review report must be received in the RIC office (315 D Street, South Charleston, WV 25303) no later than 4:00 p.m., May 20, 2022. RIC is organized to function as a regional planning and development organization. RIC operates with a set of expenditure accounts involving a budget of approximately $1.3 million, which includes federal and local grants, indirect cost pool, fringe benefit cost pool, and a local expenditure accounts. Federal funds may exceed the $750,000 single audit threshold. The Council does not have any fiduciary or business type activities, and utilizes Grant Management Systems accounting software.
