Thompson, by deed dated February 15, 2001, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 2524 at page 431. The said Cheryle M. Adkins, having died in testate, a resident of Kanawha County, on September 1, 2007, is survived by Jameson Adkins as her sole heir at law. This conveyance is made subject to any and all covenants, restrictions, easements, and reservations which may be a matter of record in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office and running with the land.
