TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: 1. Annexation Application by the City of St. Albans to Annex by Minor Boundary Adjustment all streets and adjacent properties located on the south side of Pennsylvania Avenue in St. Albans in the Sun Valley / Lakewood area. The streets (including all properties along these streets) being annexed are: Sun Valley Drive, Monterey Drive, Wistful Vista Way, Delray Drive, Samuel Lane, Jordan Drive, Lakewood Drive, Reynolds Place, Valencia Place, Sunny Brook Drive, Forest Brook Drive, and also Lakewood Pool. These properties are located on Jefferson District Tax Maps 6, 6Q, 6T, 7B, and 11.
