PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHARLESTON Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Charleston City Council, on Monday, May 16, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Charleston, West Virginia, on two proposed leases of property located on or adjacent to Brawley Walkway. The first lease is with Heavenly Hops, LLC to allow for an outdoor dining area along Brawley Walkway and Summers Street. The second lease is with Carlisle Development Company LLC to allow for a concrete slab on grade and a pad-mounted glycol chiller in an alley adjacent to Brawley Walkway. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed lease agreements.
