NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated August 30, 2014, executed by Borrowers, Donna Bell and Mike Bell, to Douglas McElwee, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 4054, at Page 199. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 11436 Elk River Rd N, Clendenin, WV 25045. WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated February 10, 2022, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Book 4570, Page 482. The borrowers defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Substitute Trustees will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Kanawha County, in Charleston, West Virginia, on the following date: 21st day of June, 2022 at 11:15 a.m. Land Situated in the County of Kanawha in the State of WV THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE, SITUATE IN THE BIG SANDY DISTRICT, KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, AND LYING BETWEEN THE STATE ROAD AND ELK RIVER AND BEING THE REMAINING ONE-HALF OF LOT NO. (2) OF THE GRAHAM PROPERTY SHOWN ON A MAP OF THE SAME WHICH IS FILED AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNTY COURT OF KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, AND SAID REAL ESTATE HEREBY CONVEYED FRONTING 87 -ONE-QUARTER FEET, MORE OR LESS, ON THE STATE ROAD, AND EXTENDING BACK BETWEEN PARALLEL LINES TO ELK RIVER. Being the same property conveyed to Donna Bell and Mike Bell by the Deed dated April 13, 2001 and recorded in Deed Book 2523 at Page 428 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia.
