TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust, dated April 23, 2020, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book No. 4423, at Page 124, Richard B Williams did convey unto Josh Rayle, Trustee(s), certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Seneca Trustees, Inc., as Substitute Trustee; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee having been instructed by MidFirst Bank to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston, West Virginia, on July 26, 2022 at 11:00 AM the following described real estate, together with its improvements, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in 16 – Jefferson District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Jefferson District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and being all of Lot 22 and the adjacent one-half (ONE-HALF) of Lot 21, in Section 9, River Bend Addition, to wit: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the line of River Road Boulevard which iron pin is the common front corner of Lot 22 and Lot 23 of said Section 9; Thence with the common dividing line of said last mentioned Lots, North 47 50′ West 206.91 feet to a point; which is the common rear corner of said lots; Thence South 39 17′ West 90.115 feet to a point in the rear line of Lot 21; Thence South 47 50′ East 201.42 feet to a point on River Bend Boulevard; Thence along the line of River Bend Boulevard North 42 10′ East 90 feet to the place of BEGINNING, All as shown on a Map of Section 9 of said addition of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Map Book 16, at Pages 98 and 99.
