REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Sealed Proposals for Construction Manager as Constructor Services for the Roane General Hospital (RGH) Second Floor Renovations Project will be received in the office of the Owner’s Architect, Silling Associates, Inc., at 405 Capitol Street, Upper Atrium, Charleston, West Virginia, 25301 on Friday, July 1, 2022 until 3:00pm. All Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Owner. Request for Proposal documents may be obtained upon request to: Silling Associates, Inc. A primary aspect of the renovations is related to the replacement of HVAC equipment and includes associated selective demolition, new electrical work to support the replacement of equipment, and lighting and ceiling finish improvements. Construction Managers as Constructor interested in submitting Proposals shall contact the Owner’s Architect. There is no deposit required for RFP documents and all printing costs incurred by the proposers are the responsibility of the proposers and are non-refundable. Upon evaluation of the Proposals by the Owner, the successful Construction Manager as Constructor will be required to execute an AIA B133 Contract and provide a Performance Bond, a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract award, and a Maintenance Bond for components of the Work defined by the Owner. All Proposers shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WV Contractor’s Licensing Act). After the scheduled closing time for receipt of Proposals, no Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
