DEBORAH BLEDSOE, TIMOTHY HAREN, and KIMBERLY HAREN, Defendants ORDER OF PUBLICATION This civil action asserts claims against Defendant Deborah Bledsoe (hereinafter “Defendant”) to compel production of the Last Will and Testament of Frances Hutchinson, for tortious interference with a testamentary bequest, and for civil conspiracy. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiffs Susan Legge McKinny and Jessica Legge (“Plaintiffs”) have exercised due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Defendant, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendant Deborah Bledsoe must appear and serve upon Plaintiffs’ counsel, Melissa Foster Bird of the law firm of Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough LLP, whose address is 949 Third Avenue, Suite 200, Huntington, WV 25701, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action not fewer than thirty days after the date of the first publication of this notice, otherwise judgement by default will be rendered against her at any time thereafter. A copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk’s office in the Cabell County Courthouse located at 750 5th Ave., Huntington, WV 25701.
