Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of Adoption was filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court on said child, which will request that the mother’s parental rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and any such person may appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within the required time after service, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
