NOTICE Please take notice that at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of St. Albans, West Virginia, held on Monday, December 2, 2019, the following ordinance was read for first reading, and will come up for second reading and adoption at a regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2019 in Council Chambers, 51 Sixth Avenue: To consider for adoption of first reading of an Ordinance of the City of St. Albans which would create a new tax increment financing district to be known as the City of St. Albans Development District No. 1 Coal Riverfront Park (the “TIF District”), approve a Project Plan for the TIF District, create and establish a Tax Increment Financing Fund for such TIF District and related matters. A copy of this ordinance may be reviewed at the Clerk’s Office, 1499 MacCorkle Avenue. All interested persons may appear at said meeting and be heard with respect to the foregoing proposed ordinance.
