NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PREPAID AND R PAY CARD SOLUTION Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide the University with prepaid card solutions to replace current paper check or cash advance processes. Marshall University is seeking a firm to: provide a prepaid card program that includes cards that can be used at specific retail stores and r pre-loaded VISA MasterCard merican Express Discover Cards that can be used anywhere credit cards are accepted. Prepaid cards are to be used for various expenses, including but not limited to student athlete per diems, travel per diems, and Residence Life programming costs. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually at: https:/tinyurl.com U22PREPDCARD-Pre-bid on July 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., LPT. Proposers must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project. Should any Proposer fail to attend, their proposal will be disqualified.
