INVITATION TO BID Elevator Maintenance Services Charleston-Kanawha Housing will receive sealed bids for Elevator Maintenance Services until 02:00 PM on Friday, August 19, 2022 at the Administrative Office located at 1525 Washington St. W, Charleston, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, August 8th, 2022 at 10:00 AM at 1525 Washington St. W,. Although encouraged, attendance to the Pre-Bid Conference is not required. All bids envelopes must be sealed and contain the wording “Elevator Maintenance Services” – Bid Opening August 19th 2022.” Contract specifications may be obtained by visiting the Administrative Office located at the above-stated address or by contacting Roy Woodard at (304) 348-6451 ext: 313. A contract will be issued to the lowest, responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the specifications.
