LEGAL NOTICE FOR PURCHASE OF SCHOOL BUS Sealed proposals, addressed to Treasurer, will be received by the Board of Education of the South Point Local School District Office of the Treasurer, 302 High Street, South Point, Ohio, until 11:00 a.m., Monday , August 1, 2022 for two (2) 78 passenger Thomas school buses and one (1) 30 passenger school bus. Bids will comply with all school district specifications, all current federal safety regulations and current Ohio Minimum Standards for school bus construction of the Department of Education adopted by and with the consent of the Director of Ohio Highway Safety pursuant to Section 4511.76 of the Revised Code and all other pertinent provisions of law.
