PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the B-C-K-P Regional Intergovernmental Council (RIC) has published the draft Region 3 Hazard Mitigation Plan that will serve municipalities and the public in Kanawha, Putnam, Clay, and Boone counties. The purpose of the plan is to outline regional, municipal, and intergovernmental efforts to mitigate the risks associated with hazards such as flooding, land subsidence, earthquakes, utility disruption, pandemic, severe weather, extreme temperatures, and others.
