NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated July 24, 2003, executed by Borrower, Kelly L Kolb, to M. Glenn Turley, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 3019, at Page 50. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 5415 Brookview Dr, Charleston, WV 25313. Kolb from Michael Shane Harvey and Tammy Harvey by deed dated September 27, 2001, of record in the aforesaid Clerk`s office in Deed Book 2536, at page 124, to which map and deed reference is here made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed. This conveyance is made subject to such rights of way, easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions and reservations as may be found in prior deeds of record in the chain of title. Being the same property conveyed to Kelly L Kolb by the Deed dated September 27, 2001 and recorded in Deed Book 2536 at Page 124 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia.
