TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust, dated December 18, 2015, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book No. 4146, at Page 432, Brian J Hancock did convey unto Douglas McElwee, Trustee(s), certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and the beneficiary has elected to appoint Seneca Trustees, Inc., as Substitute Trustee; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Substitute Trustee having been instructed by Rocket Mortgage, LLC f Quicken Loans, LLC f Quicken Loans Inc. to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston, West Virginia, on August 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM the following described real estate, together with its improvements, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in 17 – St Albans District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: Tax Id Number(s):17-16-0059-0001-0000 Land Situated in the City of Saint Albans in the County of Kanawha in the State of WV Lot No. Five (5) and part of Lot No. Four (4) of the Nelson Kincaid Addition to the City of St. Albans as shown and designated on the map of said made by James D.
