BIDS ACCEPTED FOR COURTYARD The Clay County Commission will be accepting sealed bids to replace the Courtyard in front of the New Courthouse located at 246 Main Street, Clay, WV 25043. A brief description of the work is to remove all brick, fountain, benches, light poles and trees in front of the courthouse and dispose of them. Replace courtyard with concrete and curb. Install three new light poles with new wiring and underground conduit. New concrete pad to be broom finished and include four ADA Truncated Dome Pads at all four corners. Must include a copy of current Contractors License and Certificate of Liability Insurance with bid. Project is to be completed by September 10, 2022. Sealed bids will be accepted by 9:00 a.m. on August 15, 2022 by the Clay County Commission at 246 Main Street, Clay, WV 25043. Bids may also be mailed to the Clay County Commission at PO Box 190, Clay, WV 25043. The County Commission reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. LC-133763 08-04,11;2022
