TONEY and LISA MCDANIEL, and ANY UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OR CREDITORS UPON THE ESTATE OF CLYDE ESTILL MCNEELY (RESPONDENTS) ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of above styled civil action is to the sale of parcels of real estate which Clyde Estill McNeely, died seized and possessed for satisfaction of debts of the Estate of Clyde Estill McNeely pursuant to the provisions of Chapter Forty-Four (44), Article Eight (8), Section Seven (7) of the Official Code of West Virginia, which said real estate is described as 671/800A M Pt Lt 87 Surface Davis Creek, 31/80A Pt Lt 87 Davis Creek, and 61/800A M Pt Lt 87 Davis Creek, Loudon District, Kanawha County having address of 1051 Ferrell Hollow Road, Charleston, West Virginia 25314, which are more particularly described in the Complaint filed in this action. It is therefore Ordered that the above-named Defendants, Rosemary Butler, William McNeely, Joseph McNeely, Pamela A. Toney and Lisa McDaniel, any unnamed creditors of the Estate of Clyde Estill McNeely, or any other persons or entities holding or claiming an interest in the above-described parcel of real estate serve upon John E. Dorsey, Plaintiffs Attorney, whose address is 407 Pennsylvania Avenue, South, Charleston, West Virginia 25302, on or before October 12, 2022, an answer to Petition herein filed. A copy of the Petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
