And it appearing by affidavit filed in the action that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Defendant, Bobby Mullins without effect. W.Va, R.Civ. Pro. 4(e)(1)(c). It is ordered that Bobby Mullins, do serve upon Plaintiff, Viking Video and Music, Inc., any defense he has to the Complaint filed in this action on or before October 6, 2022. If he fails to do so, upon proper Hearing and Trial, judgment may be taken against him for relief demanded in the Complaint.
