ADVERTISEMENT INVITATION TO BID 1030 Quarrier “Professional Building” 1030 Quarrier Development, LLC is requesting bids for the replacement of the roof of the ‘Professional Building’ at 1030 Quarrier St., in Charleston, West Virginia. The project includes: 1. Install 2″ ISO underlayment. 2. Weld all seams. 3. Terminate TPO under parapet wall cap. 4. Apply proper pipe boots and flashing for all projections through the roof. 5. Extend TPO up all non-parapet walls at least 12″. 6. Install metal counter flashing where needed. 7. Remove and dispose of all work-related debris. 8. Provide warranty certificate. The project completion date is no later than March 31st, 2023 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. Contractors will be selected based upon (1) cost, (2) experience with similar historic preservation projects, and (3) proven ability to complete a project.
