Farrell Civil Action No.: 22-A-82 ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that on the 29th day of August, 2022, a petition was filed by H.N. and L.N. in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, styled The Petition of H.N. and L.N. for the Adoption of D.B.W., and Infant Male Chile above the Age of Twelve Years, Cabell County Civil Action No.: 22-A-82, requesting an Order of the court so granting the Petition for Adoption. Any persons desiring to object to the granting of said Petition may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held at the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 on 4th day of October, 2022, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. before the Honorable Paul T. Farrell, circuit Court Judge of Cabell County, West Virginia. You are further advised that if an answer or appearance is not made by you at said hearing, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition, i.e. legal adoption of the minor child.
