Also, to incorporate the requirements relative to Title 33, Series 2 of the West Virginia Legislative Rules for the processing and disposal of sewage sludge generated by the wastewater treatment plant. Sewage sludge generated and r processed at the permittee’s facility shall be land applied, provided that the sewage sludge shall not be applied in a manner that exceeds the agronomic or lifetime loading rates.
