MU23PAINTSERV Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids for the establishment of a contract for on-call painting services on behalf of the Physical Plant Department at Marshall University, Huntington, WV. The successful vendor will supply all labor, equipment materials, and other items needed to perform the scope of work which will include but is not limited to cleaning, scraping, sanding, priming, and painting of interior and exterior surfaces. Countersink protruding nails, screws, etc. Filling, puttying, patching, glazing, caulking, and carpentry work shall be done wherever necessary to restore to original conditions before work commences. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., LPT on September 19, 2022, via Teams Link at https:/tinyurl.com U23PAINTSERVMandatoryPre-Bid. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified.
