The successful vendor will supply all labor, equipment materials, and other items needed to perform the scope of work which will include but is not limited to cleaning, scraping, sanding, priming, and painting of interior and exterior surfaces. Countersink protruding nails, screws, etc. Filling, puttying, patching, glazing, caulking, and carpentry work shall be done wherever necessary to restore to original conditions before work commences.
