IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA KANAWHA PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT, a public utility, Petitioner, vs. CARLOS DESKINS & ALICE DESKINS, Their Heirs, Beneficiaries, Successors, and r Assigns Respondent CIVIL ACTION 22-P-313 ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is a condemnation proceeding involving certain real property owned by CARLOS DESKINS & ALICE DESKINS, Their Heirs, Beneficiaries, Successors, and r Assigns, and the acquisition of a right of way and easement across a portion of that certain real property of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in deed book 1562 at page 549, tax map 19-30A parcel 17 and Deed Book 1107, Parcel 243, Tax Map 19-30A Parcel 18. And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the said CARLOS DESKINS & ALICE DESKINS, are believed to be deceased and that service of process has been unsuccessful. It is hereby ORDERED that the CARLOS DESKINS & ALICE DESKINS, Their Heirs, Beneficiaries, Successors, and r Assigns do appear and serve upon H.
