NOTICE OF BIDS The City of South Charleston will accept sealed bids for Recycle Bags and Compost Bags. Bids specifications may be obtained at the City Treasurer’s Office, located at the address below. Bids will be accepted until Monday, September 19, 2022 at 1 p.m. The Bids will then be opened at 1:05 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2022, at the City Municipal Building located at 238 4th Avenue.
