NOTICE OF CONVEYANCE BY A RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 35-1-10, that on or after October 7, 2022, the Trustees for The Presbytery of West Virginia of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), will convey and transfer to Tomjen, LLC, all of said Presbytery’s right, title and interest in and to that certain real property located at 520 2nd Avenue, South Charleston, West Virginia, and further described as all of Lot 19 and Part of Lot 20, adjoining said Lot Number 19 in Block A-1 as shown upon a revised map of the property of the Kanawha Land Company, known as South Charleston, made by M.W. Venable, C.E., which map is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Map Book 5, at Page 106 and also as shown upon a plat of survey thereof entitled “Nos. 520-522 Second Avenue Being Lot 19 and Part of Lot 20 Block “A-1″ South Charleston – Revised Kanawha Land Co. in the City of South Charleston, Kanawha County, W.Va. To Be Conveyed To Presbytery of West Virginia,” dated February 16, 1988, made by McClung & Coleman, Inc., as specifically described in the Deed recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 2198, Page 561.
