LEGAL NOTICE SEPTEMBER 15, 2022 INTERIM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Charleston Area Medical Center, Charleston, Kanawha County, CON File #22-4-12493-A, for the acquisition of Greenbrier VMC, LLC, a CHS affiliate which owns and operates Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $86,235,000.
