NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD The Putnam County Board of Health is accepting comments on proposed revisions to the Putnam County Health Department’s Fees for Permits. The Board of Health has agreed to match its current fee schedules with the state allowable rates based upon the passing of an amendment to the existing legislative rule Title 64, Series 30, 64CSR30, Fees for Permits. This was passed by the WV State Legislature on March 05, 2020, filed 4-15-2020.
