NOTICE OF CONVEYANCE BY A RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 35-1-10, that on or after October 21, 2022, the Trustees for The Presbytery of West Virginia of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), will convey and transfer to Wayne L. McKeever and Richard P. Howard, as Trustees for the Historical Square Community Church, all of said Presbytery’s right, title and interest in and to that certain real property known as Map 1, Parcel 15 in Tax District 03 (Buffalo Corp.) in the Putnam County, West Virginia Assessor’s Office and further described as PARCEL I: That parcel situate in the Town of Buffalo, Buffalo Corp. Taxing District, Putnam County, West Virginia, being a part of lot numbered (19) of Narets Additions containing 12800 sq. ft. more or less and more specifically described in the Deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Putnam County, West Virginia in Deed Book 2, Page 326. PARCEL II: A town lot in the Town of Buffalo designated on the plot of said town as Lot No. 19, situated between the Presbyterian Church lot and adjoining the same and the Academy lot and then said to contain about 1/4 acre.
