Richert, individually and on behalf of Rent Collect Property Management LLC, and Rent Collect Property Management LLC, Defendants, ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is an action in which the Plaintiffs allege that Carol Ray was discharged in violation of the West Virginia Human Rights Act and in violation of public policy and in which the Plaintiffs seek monetary damages. And in appearing by a motion filed in this action that, despite due diligence, Defendants cannot be served. It is hereby ORDERED that Michael A. Richert and Rent Collect Property Management LLC, do serve upon the Cabell Circuit Court, Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701 and Plaintiff’s Counsel, Tyler C. Haslam, whose address is 314 Ninth Street, Huntington, WV 25701, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before November 7, 2022, or otherwise Judgment by Default will be rendered against the said Defendant at any time thereafter.
