The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.36852, -81.68654 The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Benzene – 0.000109 tons per year; Chlorobenzene – 0.000074 tons per year; 1,4 Dichlorobenzene – 0.00019 tons per year; Ethylbenzene – 0.0016 tons per year; Naphthalene – 0.03 tons per year; Toluene – 0.00029 tons per year; Xylene – 0.00104 tons per year. Changes to operation are planned to begin in January 2023.
