Said Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of Appalachian Power Company situate, lying, and being on the waters of Pad Fork of Little Huff Creek of Guyandotte River, in Huff Creek District, Wyoming County, West Virginia, identified as Tax Map 115, Parcel 10.2, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wyoming County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 342, at page 809, and being more specifically bounded and described as follows: 10.16 AC (F) PADS FORK BEGINNING at a 2″ Iron Pipe; thence S. 13DEGREES 30 E. 1476.98 feet to a Set Stone, Wit, on a 14 White Oak, 12 Pine, 3 Pine, 15 from C of creek; thence S. 51DEGREES 14 E. 591.26 feet to a Poplar Tree; thence S. 40DEGREES 15 W. 310.12 feet to a Set Stone; thence N. 36DEGREES 30 W. 977.01 feet to a Set Stone; thence N. 12DEGREES 00 W. 549.50 feet to an Iron Pin in creek; thence S. 39DEGREES 18 E. 75.00 feet up said creek to appoint in said creek; thence with the boundary line of the Appalachian Power Company 1,686 acre tract of real estate, N. 31DEGREES 24 E. 91.38 feet, N. 19DEGREES 43 E. 133.54 feet, N. 20DEGREES 59 W. 181.22 feet, N. 14DEGREES 36 W. 77.90 feet, N. 05DEGREES 46 E. 72.49 feet, N. 32DEGREES 33 W. 23.33 feet, and S. 69DEGREES 13 W. 133.00 feet to a Set Stone; thence leaving said 1.686 acre tract of real estate, N. 10DEGREES 29 W. 311.60 feet to a 31/3 Rebar; thence S. 84DEGREES 33 E. 221.64 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 10.16 acres, more or less. The aforementioned respondents are hereby notified a copy of said Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry may be obtained from the Wyoming County Circuit Clerk’s office at 24 Main Avenue, Pineville, West Virginia, 24874, for the purposes of appearing and defending. The aforementioned respondents are further notified that a hearing on the said Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry will occur on November 7, 2022, at 9:30 a.m., in the Circuit Court of Wyoming County, West Virginia, located at 24 Main Avenue, Pineville, West Virginia, 24874, before the Honorable Michael Cochrane. You may appear for hearing as stated above, and are notified that any failure to appear may result in the waiver of any defenses or claims, if any, you may have.
