LEGAL NOTICE November 1, 2022 The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Charleston Area Medical Center, Inc., Charleston, Kanawha County, CON File #22-5-12530-A, for the acquisition of Ohio Valley Sleep Diagnostics, LLC, a sleep lab providing services at 137 Clay Lick Road, Ripley, in Jackson County. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $225,000.
