REQUEST FOR ARCHITECT f%] ENGINEER STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Pursuant to West Virginia Code SG-1-3 and the requirements of the School Building Authority of WV (SBA), the Administrative Council for Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center is seeking Expressions of Interest and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide professional Architectural Engineering services for the following: 1. HVAC Replacement to Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center utilizing ESSER Funds. Qualified firms are invited to contact Mr. Bryan Stems, Director for Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center to obtain a copy of the Statement of Qualification and submission requirements via email: [email protected] Statements of Qualification must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on November 14 2022, at the Administrative Office of Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center, 5260 East Little Kanawha Highway, Grantsville, West Virginia 26147. In accordance with the requirements of WV Code 5G-1-3, these statements will be evaluated, and the county will conduct discussions with at least three firms which are deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required. The Administrative Council for Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center reserves the right to reject any and r all statements from interested firms and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest in accordance with WV Code SG-1-3.
