ACCEPTING PROPOSALS Charleston-Kanawha Housing is accepting Proposals from qualified firms or individuals for legal services. Proposals are due Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Administration Office located at 1525 Washington St. W., Charleston, WV 25387. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held on Thursday, December 15th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. to answer any questions about the organization, services, or specific information about the contract. The Pre-Bid Conference will be at the address mentioned above. Although encouraged, the Pre-Bid Conference is not required and will not affect any proposal.
