INVITATION TO RID The CITY OF NITRO POLICE DEPARTMENT is seeking one cumulative bid for 22 Level IV plates (Front and Back), 22 Plate Carrier for Level IV plates, 22 Level IIIA High Cut Ballistic Helmets, and 2 Level IIIA portable shields. The bid must include all four items. Bidders who do not include all 4 items will be dismissed. Although, one vendor per bid is preferred, a second vendor for the 2 Level IIIA portable shields will be considered.
