Salango Circuit Judge ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is a condemnation proceeding involving certain real property owned by EDWARD L. BRYANT Jr. Life Estate and TERESA A. YAUSSY, Remainderman, and the acquisition of a right of way and easement across a portion of that certain real property of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in deed book 2453 at page 760, tax map 19 parcel 27A lot 104. And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of EDWARD L. BRYANT Jr. Life Estate and TERESA A. YAUSSY, Remainderman are unknown and that service of process has been unsuccessful. It is hereby ORDERED that the EDWARD L. BRYANT Jr. Life Estate and TERESA A. YAUSSY, Remainderman do appear and serve upon H. Wyatt Hanna, III, Petitioner’s attorney whose address is Post Office Box 8070, South Charleston, West Virginia 25303, an answer or other defense to the Condemnation Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against them at any thereafter. A copy of said Condemnation Petition and Order granting the respondent, Kanawha Public Service District, a Right of Entry can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at the Clerk’s office located in Kanawha in said county and state.
