Defendants. ORDER OF PUBLICATION This civil action arises from Defendants’ subjecting Plaintiff to racial discrimination while employed at RSCR West Virginia, Inc., in Kanawha County, West Virginia. It is hereby ordered that Defendant Laurie Wolfe serve upon Jonathan R. Mani of Mani, Ellis & Layne, PLLC, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 1266, Charleston, WV 25325, an Answer, including any related counterclaim you may have, to the Complaint filed against you in the above styled civil action. You are required to serve your answer within twenty (20) days after this notification. If you fail to do so; thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
