TO THE RESPONDENT, THERESA SODARO: THE OBJECT OF THIS SUIT IS TO OBTAIN AN ORDER OF ADOPTION OF THE CHILD NAMED BELOW AND MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS IN REGARD TO SAID CHILD. IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR AND DEFEND SAID PARENTAL RIGHTS WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME, YOU MAY NOT APPEAR AT OR RECEIVE FURTHER NOTICE OF THESE ADOPTION PROCEEDINGS. On the 17th day of August, 2022, came the Petitioners, D.S. and K.S. by counsel, Timothy A. Bradford, and presented to the Court a verified Petition praying that K.S. be permitted to adopt the minor child, Lincoln Samuel Sodaro (DOB: 51/881/4009). It appearing to the Court that the child is a proper subject for adoption, it is therefore ORDERED and DECREED that the matter shall be brought for hearing before The Honorable Joanna Tabit, of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, on the 6th Floor of the Kanawha County Judicial Annex, 111 Court Street, Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia at 1:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, on the 9th day of December, 2022, at which time the Petitioners and any witnesses shall be examined under oath. You may appear at the aforesaid time and place to defend your interests. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
