Said Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of AEP West Virginia Transmission Company, Inc. situate, lying, and being in the waters of Grass Lick, Ripley District, Jackson County, West Virginia, identified as Tax Map 33, Parcel 14, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Jackson County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 315, at page 762, and being more specifically bounded and described as follows: Being Parcel 1 as shown upon a Plat of the described property made by Holley Surveying Service dated October 22, 1980, entitled “Plat Showing Survey of Parcel Owned by Earl Scholl & Joe Scholl & Survey and Division of Parcel Owned by Earl Scholl” which said plat is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Jackson County Commission in Map Book 5 at page 103. The aforementioned respondents are hereby notified a copy of said Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry may be obtained from the Jackson County Circuit Clerk’s office at 100 Court Street, Ripley, West Virginia, 25271, for the purposes of appearing and defending.
