Hugelmeyer, John David Rogers, Robert Lee Rogers, Rachel Lynn Rogers Eckel, Unknown Persons wners, and Ross H. Mellinger, Sheriff of Jackson County, West Virginia (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the aforementioned respondents”), that a Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry has been filed in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, West Virginia, and is known as Civil Action No. CC-18-2022-C-74, and styled AEP West Virginia Transmission Company, Inc. vs. Bruce R. Hugelmeyer, et al. Said Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of AEP West Virginia Transmission Company, Inc. situate, lying, and being in Ripley District, Jackson County, West Virginia, identified as Tax Map 39, Parcel 33.1, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Jackson County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 383, at page 281, and being more specifically bounded and described as follows: 138.80 AC 21/88 UND INT & 12/3 O G M GRASS LICK A. Surface Property, 1. An undivided 13/8 interest in the surface of 138.20 acres situate in Ripley District, Jackson County, West Virginia, which interest was acquired by Robert Brian Rogers and Erin Lynn Rogers, by deed dated May 30, 2001, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Jackson County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 357, Page 201, as follows: 138.85 acres Grass Lick, Eleanor Hugelmeyer, Roger P. Rogers, Sr., Raleigh S. Rogers, Tax Map 39, Parcel 33.1, Account 8529. The aforementioned respondents are hereby notified a copy of said Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry may be obtained from the Jackson County Circuit Clerk’s office at 100 Court Street, Ripley, West Virginia, 25271, for the purposes of appearing and defending.
