SOLICITATION OF INTEREST The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing, on a lease basis, a combination of office space, conference rooms, and storage space, consisting of a total of approximately 25,000 square feet, more or less, together with approximately 300 parking spaces, situated within the greater Charleston area. Special accommodations include a large capacity meeting space with room for approximately 250 people. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances. This is only a solicitation of interest.
