ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Williamson Shriver Architects Project Architect’s Commission # 2022-050 The Putnam County Library, Hurricane, WV will receive bids for Hurricane Branch Public Library Building Repairs until 1:30 p.m., local prevailing time on 29th day of December 2022, at the office of the Putnam County Library, Hurricane, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference, for General Construction, has been scheduled for the 15th day of December 2022 at 1:30 p.m., at the Hurricane Branch Public Library. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. The contract documents are available only from the architect’s Office. All prospective contractors and subcontractors after the request are made to [email protected]. Addenda will be only distributed electronically from the Architect’s office via email to bidders registered in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
