IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BOONE COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA Juvenile Abuse Neglect No. CC-03-2022-JA-48 IN THE INTEREST OF: I.H.D.O.B. 09-02-2020 Adult Respondents: UNKNOWN FATHER ANY INTERESTED PARTY ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to determine whether or not the above listed child is abused or neglected. It appears that UNKNOWN FATHER’S whereabouts, are unknown in Boone County. Notice is hereby given that an adjudication hearing in the above styled matter will take place in the Circuit Court of Boone County on the 19th day of December, 2022, at 1:00 PM, before Judge Jay Hoke at the Boone County Courthouse, located at 200 State Street in Madison, West Virginia. Any interested party is encouraged to appear. These proceedings are closed to the general public. The UNKNOWN FATHER OF I.H (DOB 09 21/4020), has the right to legal counsel at every state of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, counsel will be appointed by the Court on the filing of the proper affidavit. (The Mother of the Infant Respondent is HAILEA HELTON.) The above styled proceedings may, upon final disposition, result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of THE UNKNOWN FATHER OF I.H (DOB 09 21/4020), with respect to the said child.
