NOTICE OF LOGAN COUNTY LEPC MEETING The next meeting of the Logan County LEPC will be held at 6:00 o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, December 6th, 2022, at the L.E.A.S.A. Administration Building, located at 511 Dingess Street, Logan, West Virginia. The Logan County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will be having their annual public notice meeting regarding the availability to review the Logan County Emergency Response Plan. The purpose of the LEPC is spelled out in the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), which is part of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) Title III.
