NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF COMPANY CBC Windup, Inc., a West Virginia corporation, intends to dissolve, terminate and wind up the Company. Pursuant to West Virginia Code 31D-14-1407, the Company is publishing this notice to any unknown creditors of the Company. 1. The name of the Company is CBC Windup, Inc. 2. The articles of incorporation for the Company were filed on May 15, 1945. 3. Articles of Dissolution for the Company were filed with the West Virginia Secretary of State on November 28, 2022. 4. Persons with claims against the Company should present them in accordance with the following procedure: a. In order to file a claim with the Company, you must furnish the following: i.
